Hi all

The Galaxy Proteomics communities in the US, Australia and Europe regularly come together online to talk about topics of shared interest. All are welcome!

Next meeting: 28 October 2022, 5:30 PM AEST / 8:30 AM CET / 2:30 AM EDT

In our next meeting, Mike Thang from the Galaxy Australia team will present the changes made to pulsar and the MaxQuant tool wrapper to allow larger quantitative proteomics jobs to run on Galaxy Australia.

The meeting series aims to

  • Foster collaboration globally

  • Influence and build on the capabilities of Galaxy for proteomics

Let us know via email if

  • You would like to attend, and/or

  • You use Galaxy for proteomics and would like to present in a future meeting.
