Our next Australasian Computational Proteomics Community meeting will be on the 3rd of March ( 1:00 pm AEDT, 10:00 am AWST, 12:00 pm AEST, 12.30 pm ACDT ).

In the meeting:
- Kristian Karlic (Peter Doherty Institute | The University of Melbourne) will present "MassSpectrum Analyzer: An interactive platform for search parameter refinement and modification focused re-scoring”, and
- Dr Rohan Lowe (La Trobe University-Proteomics and Metabolomics Platform) will highlight a method for transferring data to the PRIDE database using Globus.
