The Human Cell Atlas (HCA) is an international initiative using single-cell and spatial transcriptomics technologies to map cells across tissues, disease and development. This HCA Asia meeting aims to strengthen collaboration across Asia-Pacific and beyond across all areas of single-cell and spatial biology.
This meeting aims to strengthen collaboration across Asia-Pacific and beyond. Fremantle is a historic port city near Perth, with convenient direct flights from many major cities across Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa.
We particularly encourage early career researchers to submit abstracts. Thirty speakers will be selected from submitted abstracts, including 15 presentations reserved for students and early career researchers.
Session topics include:
• Atlases of development & aging
• Cancer
• Computational biology & AI
• Genetics & genetic disease
• Infectious disease & immunity
• Spatial & digital pathology
Further information and registration are available here:

Invited speaker biographies can be found here:

We would be delighted to see strong participation from across the region and hope you can join us in Fremantle this November.
Sincerely,
      Alistair
