Dear Researchers/colleagues,
You are invited to an online meeting to share the results from the eDNA Analysis survey on Monday, 18th August 2025 from 1:00-2:30pm AEST.
Over the past month, Australian BioCommons and Southern eDNA Society have conducted a survey to gather input from researchers and colleagues on current use and challenges when conducting eDNA Analysis. The survey aimed to understand the current use of eDNA analysis resources (datasets, tools, pipelines, compute), identify challenges, and determine national needs to better support eDNA analysis workflows. If you did not get a chance to respond to the survey, you can do so here.
The meeting is being held to share the results from this eDNA Analysis survey. It provides an opportunity to review the gathered information and discuss how the insights from the survey responses can influence national infrastructure planning for eDNA analysis support.
Details to join the meeting are here.
Sincerely,
Tiff
