Dear Colleagues,
Australian BioCommons is pleased to host members of the European Bioinformatics Institute's European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) team for an online community roundtable discussion focused on metagenome assembled genome (MAG) data.
We invite all across the research, government, private and community sectors working with MAGs to attend to:
obtain updates from the ENA team regarding MAG sequence submission to global repositories, and
discuss challenges and suggestions for improvement between local and international resources concerning MAG data.
All are welcome and please feel free to distribute to your networks.
