Hi everyone,

BioCommons and ELIXIR Europe invite you to kickstart your machine learning journey with us in December.

We begin with a webinar on 5 December introducing the DOME (Data Optimization Model Evaluation) recommendations.

These community-developed guidelines support robust evaluation of supervised ML models and reporting for biological studies.

Then we take a practical dive into the world of machine learning on our Introduction to Machine Learning in R workshop on 9 December.

This hands-on session will set you up with the foundations for using and adapting widely used R libraries for machine learning on omics and health care data.

Find out more through the links above and feel free to pass this onto friends and colleagues.

If you’d like to share these on LinkedIn you can find the post about the webinar here and the workshop here.

Hope to see you there!

Thanks,

Giorgia
