We are starting up Microbiome Analysis Community Meetings to provide a forum for the community to come together and discuss their research and related work in this space.

Anyone who is working or interested in this space is invited to join us! The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 30th April, 15:00 AEST and you can find the details here.

During this meeting we will discuss:

• Metagenomics analyses using NCI and Pawsey resources (Presentation from Prof. Rob Edwards, Flinders University)
• Software development relating to MGnify (Presentation from Dr Rob Finn, EMBL-EBI)
• Services available for microbiome analysis
• Tools desired by microbiome analysis researchers
• Other business (please bring your business or related news items to the meeting)
