Dear colleague,
I hope this email finds you well.
The Australian BioCommons are seeking input from practitioners working with Multi-omics data (e.g. researchers, students, bioinformaticians et al) to tell us about the challenges faced when performing Multi-omics analyses here in Australia.
**We are seeking your assistance to please respond to the survey and share this email widely with colleagues**
The Australian BioCommons is a federally funded effort that is deploying community-scale digital capacity, training and bioinformatics infrastructure to support life science research. Our aim is to engage Australian bioscience researchers to ascertain what is missing and then deploy solutions (see footnote).
We are now focussing on Multi-omics and want to hear about your infrastructure needs by completing a 10 minute survey – the datasets, tools, pipelines, standards and compute resources you use for multi-omics analysis and any difficulties or bottlenecks you have faced.
We want to get a broad and diverse view of the experiences from researchers in Australia. So please contribute to this new community via:
Completing a 10 minute survey about your current tools, methods and computational challenges;
