Hi folks,

You are invited to the 24th Genomic Standards Consortium (GSC) meeting, August 5-9, 2024.  Registration is open through July 15th.

 

At this GSC meeting, the challenges of genomic reproducibility and reuse will be highlighted. It is the organisers intention to discuss and plan for evolving genomic and laboratory standards to address the needs of the clinical, academic, and industry researchers.

  • Session 1: Reproducibility Challenges Greg Caporaso (The Translational Genomics Research Institute)
  • Session 4: Challenges of ‘Omic data reuse - IMMSA Jonathan Eisen (UC Davis Genome Center)
  • Session 5: Genomics and Standards challenges Jack Gilbert (UCSD)
  • Session 6: Reproducibility Challenges to Solutions Rachel Gallery (University of Arizona)

GSC24 will be hosted at the Bio5 Institute at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
