Australian BioCommons, in partnership with the Southern eDNA Society, is seeking your valuable input to help shape the future of national eDNA analysis support.

Your insights are crucial for informing our investments in shared bioinformatics tools, platforms, and services. We want to understand:

• The datasets, tools, pipelines, and compute resources you currently use.

• Any challenges or bottlenecks you've encountered.

• What you think is missing nationally to better support eDNA analysis workflows.
