Hi all,

The Australian BioCommons hosts a regularly monthly informal chat about research and bioinformatics. 

Today’s BioChats being presented by QUT’s microbial bioinformatician, Ben Woodcroft, who will be chatting about the program, Kingfisher (https://github.com/wwood/kingfisher-download) for procuring public sequencing data quickly with metagenomic applications.
