Good morning all,

Australian BioCommons together with Monash Genomics and Bioinformatics Platform and the Sydney Informatics Hub invite you to join our upcoming training miniseries on "Making sense of gene and protein lists with functional enrichment analysis".

This mini series will show you how to use functional enrichment analysis combined with gene ontology and pathway information to highlight the underlying biology in your data.

Starting with an introductory webinar on 23 October we explain how functional enrichment methods work and follow this up with a hands-on workshop on 20-21 November where you can try out some of the most commonly used databases and tools for over representation (ORA) and gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA).

Or share via LinkedIn: Webinar  and Workshop posts

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

Kind regards,

Melissa
