Hi all,

Please come along tomorrow, Tuesday 27th May at 1pm AEST, to the Microbiome Analysis Community Meeting. You can take a look at the agenda for the meeting here. These meetings are open to anyone with an interest in Microbiome Analysis. All are welcome.

Come along to the meeting where we will:

• Hear from Ms Yufei Zhou, PhD Candidate at the University of Canberra, with a presentation titled: Gut microbiome of marine fish as indicator of climate change using real-time sequencing technologies

• EOI for microbiome education and training infrastructure. Is there interest in a working group leveraging off this project from the US - Microbiomes In Computational Research Opportunities Network (MICROnet)?

• EOI for a MAG hackathon - further details here. Are you interested in joining?

• Other business (please bring your business or related news items to the meeting)
