'AI-readiness of proteomics data: challenges, applications, and future perspectives'
Tine will introduce a workflow to unlock the biological potential of public proteomics repositories, covering metadata extraction with large language models, AI-driven biomarker discovery, and community efforts to improve data reuse.
'An overview of deep learning methods to enhance proteomics data analysis'
Veit will survey how deep learning is being applied throughout bottom-up proteomics, from retention-time prediction to de novo sequencing. His talk will highlight the most prominent advances, where these models provide measurable gains, and where challenges still remain.
