Dear colleagues, the below opportunity may be useful.
Regards,
Tiff

Good afternoon,

I am pleased to share that the Integrated Pest Management Omics (IPM Omics) Initiative Request for Partnership is now open for project proposals. This initiative presents a unique opportunity to collaborate on developing critical genomics resources for Australia's pest and beneficial invertebrate species.

The IPM Omics Initiative aims to accelerate the identification and management of native beneficial and pest invertebrates by generating open-access genomic data. These foundational datasets will play a vital role in monitoring insect populations, understanding pesticide resistance, and facilitating the use of native predators and pollinators through integrated management strategies.

We are seeking proposals focused on generating the following genomic data:
  • Whole genome sequencing (long-read or short-read)
For information on how to apply and the submission form link, please refer to the Request for Partnership guidelines on our website. Applications are open until COB Monday, 14th of April.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss potential projects, please get in touch.

Best wishes,
Aude
