Hello Tiff,

Thank you for creating my Apollo Instance. However, I have not yet received the separate email containing my password. Would you please be able to assist with this?
Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Lucky Paudel

Hi Lucky,

Your Apollo Instance plantgen.genome.edu.au/ has been created and is available for use.

To access it open the URL https://plantgen.genome.edu.au/apollo/annotator/index and log in with your email address.

Your password will be sent in a separate email.

Once you've logged in you should change your password to something memorable for you. This can be done by clicking on the Users tab, selecting your account, then in the Details panel, enter your new password in the Password field.

Note that there is also an o...@qfab.org admin account that we use for administrative purposes.

For information on how to use your Apollo instance, please refer to the documentation on the Apollo-portal website: https://apollo-portal.genome.edu.au/resources

Additionally, if you require shell (back end) access to the Apollo host, you'll need to provide us with your (ssh) public key.

Regards,

Tiff and the Apollo Service Team
