Dear community members,

We are reaching out to researchers who have experience using Globus to move data from the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA). We are gathering information to better support the community with high-performance data transfer.

What is Globus?

Globus is a secure, high-performance data-transfer platform that allows you to move large and complex datasets directly and reliably between systems (like your local machine and the ENA), eliminating the need to repeatedly download and upload the data.

We are looking to speak with researchers or anyone who has used Globus to move data from the ENA.

If you have experience with this and would be willing to discuss it with us, please get in touch by replying directly to this email or contacting commu...@biocommons.org.au.

Thanks,
