Australian BioCommons is pleased to host members of the European Bioinformatics Institute's European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) team for an online community roundtable discussion focused on genome assembly and annotation data.
We invite all across the research, government, private and community sectors working with genome assemblies and annotations to attend to:
obtain updates from the ENA team regarding the submission of genome assembly and annotation data to global repositories, and
discuss challenges and suggestions for improvement between local and international resources.
All are welcome and please feel free to distribute to your networks.
