Hi all,

This is a reminder to join us at the next Genomics Community Meeting. These meetings are open to anyone with an interest in genomics. 

At our last meeting we heard from Dr Richard Edwards from University of Western Australia (although Rich has now left this post) about a number of relevant tools for genome assembly, curation and quality check that Rich developed. You can watch the video recording of that meeting here.

• Data Transfer using Globus - Greg D’Arcy, Digital Research Product Manager, AARNET

• Data Transfer using FileSender - Dr Sara King, Training and Engagement Lead, AARNET

• A new Genomics Learning Library Collection - a community activity
