Sharing as this announcement as it may be relevant to many of you. Next week the Microbiome Analysis Community will meet and hear a presentation from Dr Cameron Hyde, Bioinformatician at QCIF with a talk titled: Taxonomic classification of biological specimens based on DNA analysis.

Cam's presentation will showcase the work from a project that has developed a an impressive digital reporting tool for species identification.
