Dear all,
Thank you to everyone who attended the inaugural eDNA Analysis Community Meeting, a collaborative initiative between BioCommons and the Southern eDNA Society focused on eDNA research infrastructure and bioinformatics.
During the session, Dr. Kiel Hards from Epi presented on the development of eDNA Bridge, a tool designed to streamline the upload of biodiversity data to global repositories. You can watch the recording and access the meeting minutes and materials
here.
Please note the following community updates:
- eDNA Lab on Galaxy Australia: We are currently building this resource and would value your feedback. Please let us know which tools you would like to see added by commenting on
this spreadsheet.
- Next Meeting: Our next session will be held on Wednesday, June 10th, at 1:00 pm AEST. You add the meeting series to your calendar using the attached.
All the best,
Tiff
