Biotrack software inquiry

The Biotrack software has been fantastic so far, but I'm not sure if it includes a feature I would like to use. I haven't found it in any searches and was wondering if, using the BTF files, I could crop the original video frame-by-frame so that the tracked animal remains in the same orientation on screen. Ideally, the output video is only the cropped region around the animal. I know this can be done using other software; just wanted to know if such a feature exists in the Biotrack Pack.
