Among topics I'm thinking about so far:
- Team planning for 2026
- Followup on recent community rides for us, and planning for the upcoming holiday lights ride with the Palo Alto team
- Discussion about upcoming City plans we might care about (all active but still under review): Active Transportation Plan (ATP), Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan, and the Biodiversity and Urban Forest Plan
- News from or re SVBC staff on internal structural work they're dealing with

Anything else you can think of? I'm assuming no meeting for us in December.
