Save Bay Area Transit! Help pass a regional transit funding measure
Every day, people throughout the Bay Area take nearly 1 million trips on public transit, but our communities are at risk of losing transit service if we do nothing.Without additional funding, Caltrain, BART, VTA, SamTrans, and more will be forced to make devastating service cuts. A November 2026 ballot measure will raise over $1 billion a year to save transit and bolster service – saving families money on transportation, unsnarling traffic, growing the economy, cleaning our air, and creating a more equitable and affordable Bay Area.An on-the-ground volunteer and educational effort to get the measure passed is being led by Seamless Bay Area and Transbay Coalition.
