Santa Clara County Circulation and Mobility Element Survey is Now Open

The Santa Clara County Circulation and Mobility Element (CME) is a foundational General Plan component, currently undergoing an update by the Roads and Airports Department, that guides long-term policies for transportation in unincorporated areas. It addresses expressways, rural roads, transit, biking, walking, and emerging mobility to support land use, safety, and climate goals.
