I thought it would never happen, but WE ARE BACK!!! Join us Tuesday, June 21st, 6:00 pm-7:30 pm for our first IN PERSON San Jose Team Meeting of 2022. 

Food and drinks provided. RSVP by sending me a response if you will be joining us (we want to make sure that we have enough food).

Bring a friend!! ( that isn't a part of the local team)This is how we grow our numbers

Location: 155 South 11th St San Jose, CA (SVBC Headquarters)

Time: Tuesday, June 21st, 6:00 pm-7:30 pm 

We will discuss group leadership structure, work plans, and work plan goals for 2022 

Agenda 

6:00-6:10 introductions

6:10-6:25 Viva Calle debrief

6:25-6:40 TBA

6:40-7:10  Work plan

7:10 -7:30 Training on Community Organizing

  Please explain the setting for this in-person meeting.   What precautions has SVBC implemented to reduce the transmission of covid?

Thank you for expressing  your concern,

Covid Safety 

The safety of our attendees is a top priority. We will be following county guidelines throughout the Meeting. We'll be opening up all the doors to the meeting room during dinner and attendees will have the option of eating at the tables indoors or picnic style out in courtyard. There will be plenty of space to socially distance if you'd like.

We're adhering to the county covid guidelines. Those weary of contagion are welcome to wear a mask. We also have plenty of hand sanitizer available for attendees to use. Additionally, the space we'll be holding the meeting in is large with a significant amount of ventilation via two different sliding glass doors and indoor and OUTDOOR seating options.

  OK, Diana, I'll give it a try..   I was deathly ill the first 2 weeks of April (not covid), I am still recovering, and I cannot face another serious illness.  I will be wearing a mask, and I will go outside as much as possible.   I am very apprehensive about this meeting.    -Bill Kirkpatrick
