Early Frame Number Identification

Hi all,

I am searching for information on frame number F532. 

I am new to Bike Fridays but from the research I have done this is an earlier bike. It appears to be a Sport 14 (has True Temper stickers / triangle frame) and also has a plaque attached to the rear triangle "Custom built for "Name Name" Green Gear Cycling Eugene Oregon".

I can get some pictures up tomorrow but was just wondering what year this was likely built and the original equipment?
