12+ years and counting for the pocket llama now.
purchased in April-May of 2012 and it has been a wonderful ride.
Thank you Walter, Alan, Hanna and team.

The 2.3 inch fat tyres makes the bike look gorgeous.

Looks great!  The Smart Sam is a pretty great tire, good enough on pavement but can handle the trails well

Looking great, Mahesh! It's amazing how much tires can change the personality of the bike. The drops are a nice touch, too!

I would love to see more pics and stories here on the Yak! I'm living vicariously through you all! ;)

I Prefer real panniers on the fork rather than the cute but tiny fork stuff sacks
that trend following bike packers opt for.. not riding single track trails into the woods either..

Awesome! That's pretty wide for a Llama. Memory says that when I was in the market, Bike Friday advertised 2.15" as the comfortable max width.  The caveat is that we bought our Bike Fridays years before your purchase.

Here's my NWT in 2021 on a New Hampshire Class VI road that looks like a dried up trout stream! I've since changed my setup an almost full 180 (gone back to drops as well).

Wow, thats a great looking bike Josh.
How many gears are those? Is it an 8x3 setup? I wanted to convert my Altus derailleur/cogset to something better in the shimano line but I think I may have to
change the rear triangle for that to happen.
Are there any options to do it without modifying the bike?

We have generally always advertised max tire width assuming fenders. This changed with the All-Packa because there is no fender set out there that really is wide enough for 2.4-8” without also being for 4”+.
