Yesterday morning my NWT suffered a broken chainstay:

I immediately emailed ser...@bikefriday.com but heard nothing from them. Today I tried calling but was only able to leave a message with the answering service. Still haven’t heard anything from them.
Since we’re leaving on what was to be a month long bicycle trip I’d like to find out what my options are for getting this fixed. That’s hard to do when they are being non-responsive.
Does anyone know what the status of the service department is? I’ve owned five Bike Friday’s and previously have found them to be very responsive. Not so much now.

Found a very kind frame builder in the area who is willing to do a sleeve and silver solder temporary repair that will hold me until Bike Friday is able to deliver a warranty replacement in late January. BF was little slow in their initial response have really stepped up to the plate.
