Macroscopic dielectric tensor

Dear BGW experts,

I would like to calculate the macroscopic dielectric tensor for 3D, 2D, and 1D materials. Could you please let me know whether BGW writes this quantity in any file? If not, I would appreciate guidance on how to compute it within the BGW framework.
