Merging QE 7.3.1 vs Parabands version of pw2bgw to get vqkb_flag etc

IS there any point to this or is it a waste of time?

I'm trying to run parabands with pseudobands and running into some problems.

Running it without pseudobands and using the py script died on wfn normalization

problem an it looked like I could avoid that by use_pseudobands in the paraband

run but that died too. Digging into the issue it looks like it may be worth

first trying to sort out the pw2bgw versions and see if the vqkb_flag has

any relevance. 

I;m doing this on my desktop and was really surprised hat with the SSD

I could run virtual memory almost like real memory so I just set up

a huge swap file and it seems to run ok along with the browser etc.

I would never do that with hard drive lol.
