Abropt termination of BerkelyGW after few steps

Dear all,

I am running TMD monolayer with 12X12X1 kpoints (using 48 cores and 1TB RAM) & 60 Ry plane wave cutoff,  60 Bands and suddenly terminated below eroor

Assertion failed in file ../../src/mpid/ch4/src/intel/ch4_shm_coll.c at line 2255: comm->shm_numa_layout[my_numa_node].base_addr" 

Kindly suggest me if this error related to installation error or resources issue??

Hi Kondaiah,

It seems to be a MPI related error, see blog here: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-MPI-Library/Assertion-failed-with-intel-hpckit/m-p/1553869 

Did you install MPI yourself? You can try to reach out to the person taking care of the cluster where you are running.
