Hi Manoar,

 

Also try compiling with -g -fbacktrace (for gnu compiler)  OR -g -traceback (for intel compiler).

Dear Ben,

Yes, I am using intel compiler. Epsilon calculation is successfully done then I got this error while calculating the sigma, there is no more output except the error.

Dear Shen,

Should I reinstall/recompile BerkeleyGW with -g -traceback?

But I have successfully completed from epsilon to absorption for few materials in the same machine.

Perhaps just recompile sigma.x (rm sigma.x and make sigma)

Hi,

We know that the intel compiler v18 breaks sigma. Try to use the latest

intel version (v19) or roll back to v17.
