bibtex for project citation and the fully relativistic BSE

Does this project or for that matter Espresso have the requested
citations in bibtex format anywhere? This avoid a lot of problems for
authors and incorrect details like author names. I can make one
using TooBib as I hit the citations links but I'm sure someone would 
want to edit it:)

Is this the best ref for full relativistic BSE? I saw the SOC examples and
expect to look at heavy elements with concern for differences between
them. This was generated by TooBib but I had to edit out the math notation lol,
