How to use MPI profiler with Berkeley-GW

I'm currently testing Berkeley-GW 4.0 benchmark in Perlmutter. I used this note to build Berkeley-GW, and it ran successfully. However, I can not use mpiP or mpisee to profile Berkley-GW. I got this output:

PMPI_Allgather(370): Datatype for argument sendtype is a null datatype

aborting job:

Can you give me some advices about how to profile MPI in Berkeley-GW?
