Last night the boys soccer team came to play and defeated Manteno by a score of 4-0. Wences Baumgartner led the way with 3 goals and an assist. Tyler Olson chipped in a goal of his own. Gavin Graham racked up 3 assists while Stanley Detjin had a stellar night in goal earning the clean sheet with 4 saves. The JV team battled to a 0-0 tie while Brian Oldenburg did his job to keep the Panthers off the board with 9 saves. Come out and support the teams tonight as they take on conference rival St. Anne for senior night. Game begins at 4:30pm.
Girls volleyball host St. Anne tonight. JV game begins at 5:00pm, followed by varsity at 6:00pm. It’s PAJAMA night. Come out to support the team and wear your comfiest clothes or pjs.
Anyone who is interested in trying out for cheerleading for the 2025-2026 season, please join the Google Classroom page with the code hwtgpx7. Tryouts will be Thursday, October 2 at BES. They will start right after school. All requirements for tryouts will be listed in Google Classroom. KACC Sophomore Day field trip permission slips are due in the HS office TOMORROW.
TOMORROW is the last day to submit your essay/application to be a class officer or representative. An application can be picked up in the HS office and must be returned to your class sponsor. Late applications will NOT be accepted. Elections will be held next Wednesday, September 24th.
