There will be a meeting TODAY for any girl interested in playing soccer this spring.  Please meet in the cafeteria after school.


Girls bowling defeated Kankakee last night in a two-game series.  Beecher (1153) vs Kankakee  (1011).  Top 3 bowlers:  Paityn Riechers (287); Anna Westerhoff (246); Emily Hudspeth (217).   Personal bests Jayne Golke (107); Anna Westerhoff (158).  Girls face Bloom on Tuesday, 1/13. 


Girls basketball delivered a statement win over Clifton Central, dominating from start to finish in a 57–38 conference victory that helped shake up the standings. The Bobcats executed their game plan to perfection, imposing their will on both ends of the floor and showcasing their strength, speed, and depth throughout the entire contest. Grace Wuest led the way with a career-high 19 points, providing consistent scoring and energy. Gianna Bonomo followed with 16 points of her own, while Aubrey Tiltges added 11 points to give Beecher three players in double figures.  The victory moves Beecher firmly into contention for second place in the conference with more games still to come. The Bobcats now sit at 9–8 overall and 7–2 in conference play, carrying momentum as they continue their push through the season.


Boys basketball host St. Anne tonight.  JV game begins at 5:30pm, followed by varsity at 7:00pm.  Please come out to support your Bobcats!


Mathletes ---Practice for the RVC math contest starts this week. Check the practice schedule in google classroom.


Scholastic Bowl will practice Monday from 3:15-4:00pm.  PLEASE BRING YOUR BINDERS!  Next match is at GSW Wednesday.  


Ever wonder how our athletic boys teams would fare against our girls teams?  Put those suspicions to rest. Beecher Booster Club is excited to announce an Epic Battle of the Teams on January 22 at 7:00pm in the HS Gym, starting right after the JV boys basketball game. A homecoming kickoff fundraiser!  The boys soccer team will take on the girls volleyball team, followed by baseball vs softball. A fun match sure to get everyone’s Bobcat spirit going.  Attention Varsity Captains of boys soccer, girls volleyball, varsity baseball, and varsity softball – we are talking to you: please grab rules of play and roster sheets from the office. Let’s get ready to rumble!!!  Booster Club will distribute plenty of fan gear to get everyone ready for the Homecoming game the following day. 


Beecher Youth Commission is inviting students to join as a Youth Advisor.  This is a great opportunity to support our events for Beecher children and earn community service hours.  You are invited to join our monthly meetings held on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm at the Village Hall.  Upcoming events are the Father/Daughter dance in February and the Mother/Son dance in March.  For more information, please contact ericap...@gmail.com.

  • Class Clash Games- Will follow assembly schedule 

  • Points will be tallied each day for dressing up and applied to Class Clash points!  Be sure to dress up!

  • Homecoming Kickoff - Battle of the Teams! 7:00pm in the Den

  • Homecoming Volleyball Game Fundraiser: Soccer vs. Volleyball, Softball vs. Baseball 

  • Students/Teachers - Free Admission Adults - $4 suggested donation 

  • Music, Concessions, Prizes/Giveaways, Spirit Competition  


Friday:  Spirit Day- Bobcat Pride- Wear Black and Orange

  • Game will be a Blackout

  • Girls Varsity Game:  5:30pm

  • Boys Varsity Game:  7:00pm

  • Casual Dance following the game until 10:00pm

  • Admission: $5.00 (pay at the door)

  • Outside guests MUST  have a guest permission slip and have it approved before buying tickets. 

  • Good Night Rule - Once you leave, there is no re-entry

  • ALL other school rules apply!
