Girls softball continues to remain unbeaten.  The Ladycats beat Wilmington yesterday by a score of 6-1.  Taylor Norkus got the win, striking out 11 batters.  Elena Kvasnicka, Ava Lorenzatti, Taylor Norkus and Allie Johnson all had hits in the game.  We travel to Pontiac High School tomorrow for a double header.  First game begins at 10:30am.

The track and field team is hosting a 5K Color Run and 1-mile walk on Sunday. Check-in will begin at 12:00pm at the Junior High, and the race will start at 1:00pm. The cost to participate is $25. Statebound Mathletes -- Bus leaves tomorrow at 7:00am. Don't forget your calculators.

Prom tickets are being sold In Mrs. Hoekstra's room during C Lunch, Study Hall, and after school. The cost is $85 per ticket.  Students are reminded that ALL outstanding fees must be paid before purchasing your ticket, and if you are bringing a guest outside BHS, a dance guest form must be approved.  Guest forms are in the office.  After you purchase your ticket(s), you can sign up for your table seating for the meal.  LAST DAY TO PURCHASE TICKETS IS MONDAY.

Student Council will be hosting our second BLOOD DRIVE next Wednesday, April 30.  See Mrs. Segert in the office for an appointment time. A signed parental consent form is needed for 16 year old donors only.  Those permission slips are in the office.  Roll up your sleeve and SAVE A LIFE.  It’s a good feeling and donors will receive a coupon for a pint of ice cream from Culvers.
