Yesterday, varsity baseball defeated Crossroads Christian by a score of 12-2.  Chase Maher had four hits and three RBIs in the game and pitched a complete game striking out 11 batters.  Jace Cook, Nolen Lane, Chasten Clegg and Ryan Cruz all added hits for the offense.

The girls track and field team competed at Sectionals yesterday and turned in several strong performances. Brooklynn Burdick had an outstanding day, qualifying for the State Finals in both the 1600m and 3200m runs. Raina McKay earned a 6th place finish in the 400m dash, while Fiona Hagan-Storbeck also placed 6th in the shot put. The 4x400m relay team—consisting of Madison Smith, Raina McKay, Lanaya Kellum, and Brooklynn Burdick—finished 4th overall. Great job to the entire team, and best of luck to Brooklynn at State!
