Boys golf traveled to Watseka last evening and dominated the competition once again scoring 164 to Watseka's 213. Charlie Nowak put up a new personal best and won medalist honors with a round of 37 to set the pace for the boys. Peyton Serafin scored a 39 and along with Charlie, were the only two players to break 40 on the evening. Ben Anaclerio had a 41 and Jacob Benck chipped in with a 47 to complete our scoring for the team.
Girls golf also traveled to Watseka yesterday for a rematch against the Warriors. While the final result was not what was hoped for, the team did have two personal low rounds. Isabelle Herrera shot a team low 53, her best ever, and Aurora Cantu was second low with a 58, her best ever. When the rest of the team gets back to their better games, the competition better watch out!
Last night the boys soccer team defeated Momence by a score of 4-1. Wences Baumgartner tallied two goals while Trevor Panozzo and Tyler Doran rounded out the scoring. Gavin Graham had 2 assists while Dom Bresnahan had 1. Stanley Detjen had 2 saves in the goal.
Attention varsity athletes - Jostens will be here Tuesday, September 23rd during lunch to size varsity athletes interested in purchasing a letterman's jacket. If you are interested in purchasing a jacket please see the flyers hung around the school or contact Mr. DuBois for any questions.

Any student interested in representing your class, please pick up an application in the office. Applications and essays must be submitted to your class advisor no later than 3:15PM on Friday, September 19th. Late applications will NOT be accepted. Elections will be held on Wednesday, September 24th.

Jostens will be at BHS on Monday to distribute class ring information to Freshmen and any other students interested in ordering a class ring. The rep will be back again on Tuesday to meet with seniors regarding cap and gown orders.
