Sports

The Ladycats host Momence tonight in regional play.  Game begins at 6:00pm weather permitting.

There will be a meeting in Coach Compton’s room on Thursday during 4a study hall for senior girls interested in playing soccer.

Miscellaneous     

 

There will be an Art Club meeting tomorrow at 3:15pm.

 

Food Club will meet today after school in Ms. D’s room.

 

The Scholasti-Cats defeated Donovan 240-70 and 390-30. Scoring Toss-Ups; Sam Docter had 8, Emily Hayhurst had 6, Emily Palmisano had 5, Kristy Wcisel had 4, Melissa Stanevich and Cullen Berry had 2, and Gwen Docter and Jed Vergara had 1. Scholastic Bowl will have a meeting on Thursday at 7:30am in Room 23.  

 

Bobcat Pride will be sponsoring “Fun Friday Theme” days! This Friday will be “Hawaiian Day”! Show some school spirit by coming to school dressed in your best Hawaiian attire, and keep it on for the boys home basketball night, which is Hawaiian themed as well.

There will be a meeting in Coach Compton’s room tomorrow during 4a study hall for senior girls interested in playing soccer.

 

The Ladycats defeated Momence last night 51-30 in their first Regional game. They came out firing on all cylinders, pressuring the ball and dominating the first half. Our defense was outstanding all game with 18 steals, forcing Momence to shoot 26% from the field. Cierra Welch was efficient on the floor going 7-9 and scoring 14 points. Kaylie Sippel also added 14 of her own. The girls play tomorrow evening  for the Regional title at 7:00pm. Come out and support the Ladycats!
