Dear SNBS Faculty and Club Leaders,

I am reaching out to share an exciting upcoming career opportunity for our students. My colleague is organizing a company visit to the biotech firm, Schrödinger, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could share this information with students and club members majoring in chemistry, biology, physics, computer science, and mathematics.

Event Details:

  • What: Company Visit to Schrödinger
  • When: Tuesday, April 7th at 1:30 PM
  • Who: Featuring BC alumnus and Senior Scientist, Dr. Benjamin Rudshteyn

During this visit, students will have the chance to learn more about careers in computational chemistry, biotech, and materials science. Dr. Rudshteyn will also share valuable insights on making the successful transition from academia to industry.

Application Process: Please direct interested students to complete our interest form here

Spaces for this visit are highly limited, so we encourage students to apply ASAP. Please let them know that selection is not on a first-come, first-served basis; participants will be selected based on their responses to the form, their availability, and the number of open spots. Once capacity is reached, we will add additional interested students to a waiting list.

If you or your students have any questions, please feel free to email Michael Sarrao at msa...@brooklyn.cuny.edu or myself via reply to this email.

Thank you for your help in spreading the word about this great opportunity!

Best regards,

Miriam
