New York City’s Economic Development Corporation Summer 2023 Internship Program application is now open! While we’ve already shared the posting on Handshake (or your school’s job board) we would appreciate your help to further spread the word with the appropriate programs + department contacts – and your students directly!
NYCEDC is New York City’s primary vehicle for promoting economic growth in each of the five boroughs. Our mission is to create shared prosperity across New York City’s five boroughs by strengthening neighborhoods and growing good jobs – and we’re dedicated to the creation of a dynamic, equitable, and sustainable urban economy.
We are seeking passionate Summer Interns to join our dynamic team of skilled New Yorkers committed to making our city a more prosperous place to live and work. Internships are available across our divisions in departments such as: Asset Management, Capital Programs, Neighborhood Strategies, Government and Community Relations, Grants Management, Public Affairs, Economic Research and Policy, Strategic Investments, Legal, and many more.
Our 2023 Summer Internship Program is a paid 12-week internship program, scheduled to begin on June 6, 2023. Interns are expected to work full-time throughout the summer, unless otherwise indicated. See full Program Description PDF attached.
