Dear Professor Chen,

I hope you are having a productive semester.

I am writing to share three upcoming technical opportunities that would be highly beneficial for our Computer Science students. Given the department's focus on career readiness and hands-on experience, I was hoping these could be shared via the department listserv or posted in the student labs.

CUNY Tech Prep (2026-2027 Cohort): Applications are now open for this year-long program. It provides CS majors with industry-level training in Full-Stack Web Development or Data Science, along with dedicated career coaching.
HackMHC++ (March 28–29): A 24-hour hackathon at Macaulay Honors College focused on "Reimagining Urban Life."
HunterHacks (April 25–26): A CUNY-wide hackathon held at Hunter College.
