The Bryan‑College Station Retriever Club has been invited by Brazos Valley Ducks Unlimited to participate in their 2026 banquet by hosting a BCSRC membership‑drive table during the event.

Important clarification:
BCSRC’s involvement could include both:
- A BCSRC promotional membership‑drive table, and
- One or more dedicated banquet table(s), should members choose to participate, where BCSRC members can sit and dine together during the event.
These two tables serve different purposes, with the membership‑drive table being separate from the banquet seating.
Exclusive Banquet Table Offer for BCSRC Members
Brazos Valley DU has offered our club discounted banquet table pricing for those wishing to attend the banquet:
- Discounted BCSRC Table Pricing: $600 (reduced from $850)
- Seats at Each Banquet Table: 8
- Cost Per Person: $75

- ✅ Dinner at the Ducks Unlimited Banquet

*** UPDATE ***
After speaking with Brazos Valley DU today, we need to change the cut-off to reserve seats to noon on Friday 2/13. This will allow them time to adjust their headcount with the caterer before the deadline already
in place with them.
I’ve also created a webform to capture all the data. Please use this link to submit your request. This will make it easier for Jason and I to keep the headcount straight.
