Creative Sausage Making Class

Not dog related but passing along since most in the group are hunters.

TAMU AgriLife Extension puts on a sausage making class once a year. There's generally a waiting list to get in. This year they had to reschedule due to weather and some of the folks can't make the new date so they have some openings. They are offering them at a reduced rate due to short notice.

If you ever wanted to learn more about sausage making - food safety, theory, process, etc - this is the time.

Disclaimer: I work for AgriLife Extension but this class is not related to my job. My dad and I are paid attendees who received the reschedule notice and am passing it along. There's contact info for the folks teaching the class on the registration page if you have questions about the class.

Sat Feb 7 8:00 - 12:00

FYI... We'll be making several sausage varieties in class and each attendee gets to take some home. So you leave with more than knowledge.
