Folks,
If you are going to be at the hunt test and haven’t already volunteered to work some other task, I could use your help with prep, cooking and serving meals. No experience necessary! :D
Friday Dinner (Judge’s dinner): Pasta W/ meatballs and garlic bread
Sat Lunch: Chicken Fajitas
Sat Dinner (Tailgate): Chicken and sausage gumbo w/ rice
Sun Lunch: cheese burgers
The judge’s dinner and tailgate are always a craps shoot but I’m planning 6# of pasta w/ 10# of meatballs and 5 gallons of gumbo to make sure we have enough.
We’ll probably serve 60 – 70 lunches each day between our workers and handlers who wish to make a donation.
Friday I’ll mostly need help getting everything setup. I’m hoping to start around 3PM. I start prepping lunches each day around 9am with plans to get worker lunches out around 11:30. I’ll start cooking the gumbo as soon as all the lunches have been served.
If you are able to help, even if just for an hour, please speak up.
Thanks!
Shawn

Mike Jones here. I am running Master early so I am available in whatever capacity needed. I have my shotgun and cook apron. I am limited to weight due to my back surgery. BTW the 2004 Honda Foreman 450 ES 4wheeler will be here for review and use during the hunt. Hopefully it will go home to a caring family or club.
