2026 High School Wesmen Classic (JV & Varsity Boys)

We’re exploring the idea of running a multi-day event that would feature both JV and Varsity divisions, with teams guaranteed multiple games and opportunities to experience the Classic atmosphere on campus.
Tentative tournament timeline:
JV Boys: (Ideally 16 teams)
Dec 18 (1 game/ team)
Dec 19 (2 games/ team) (Championship Semis, Consolation Semis/ Third Place & 7th Place Game)
Dec 27 (Final) (2 final teams get one extra game)
Varsity Boys: (8 teams)
Dec 27 (1st Round)
Dec 28 (1st set of consolation semi and championship semi)
Dec 29 (2nd set of consolation semi and championship semi)
Dec 30th (Varsity Final prior to the Classic Final)
These are all tentative dates and format. The dates and format could change depending on interests and facility.

Both the JV and Varsity boys teams at Miles Macdonell Collegiate would love to see the Wesman Classic tournament return.
Was one of the tournament we looked forward to every year. Glad to see that it might return.
