Hello. This is Bandisoft.

It looks like you are using a hardware filter and it is causing the problem.

BandiView uses DirectX and if you are using a hardware filter, you need to turn it off or disable BandiView's D3D (see https://www.bandisoft.com/bandiview/help/setting-video-output/).
