Hello,

The image conversion feature in BandiView is incredibly powerful, it does a great job converting JXR images to JPG while preserving tone mapping and exposure settings. I have a large library of JXR images from the NVIDIA Overlay, with more being added regularly.

It would be a huge time-saver to have a command-line option for automating these conversions. For example:

BandiView.exe /conv HDR.jxr SDR.jpg

This would skip the Image Conversion panel, use the currently saved settings, and convert the image directly.

I'm not sure how complex this would be to implement, but it would make an already great tool even more versatile. Thanks for considering it—and thank you for your excellent work on BandiView!

Hello, This is Bandisoft.

Thanks for your notice.

I've added a simple image converting tool to BandiView, which you can try in the beta version available here:
https://www.bandisoft.com/bandiview/beta/

* Please note that the converter runs through bvcon.exe, not BandiView.exe.

* You can use the following command to convert an image:

"C:\Program Files\BandiView\bvcon.exe" conv test.jxr test.jpg

* This is an early beta version and very buggy. I'll fix them sooner or later.

Thank you again for your interest and support.

Best regards,
Park, KH

Hi Park,

Thank you for the quick response and for adding this feature!

I've tested the command-line tool via bvcon.exe, and so far it works great. It's exactly what I needed, and it'll save me a lot of time. I understand it's still in beta, but I haven't run into any issues yet.

Thanks again for your support and for continuing to improve BandiView!

Best regards,
Jacob
